Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 General Eligibility

To use a9ply's services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age, or the legal age of majority in your country of residence, whichever is higher.
• Being a resident or citizen of Malaysia, or of another country where our services are legally permitted.
• Not appearing on any blacklist maintained by a legal or regulatory authority.
• Never having had an a9ply account closed or suspended for a previous breach of terms.

2.2 Account Registration

When registering an account at a9ply, you agree to:

• Providing accurate, up-to-date, and complete information during the registration process.
• Keeping your account information updated whenever changes occur.
• Keeping your password and login credentials confidential.
• Take full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
• Notifying a9ply immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one account only. Multiple account registration is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent suspension of all accounts without any refund.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

A9ply is committed to anti-money laundering (AML) compliance and fraud prevention. As such, we reserve the right to request identity verification documents — such as a national ID, passport, utility bill, or other relevant documents — at any time. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

3.1 Deposits

You can make deposits to your a9ply account via supported payment methods, including local bank transfers (FPX, IBG), DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and credit/debit cards. All deposits will be credited to your account balance within minutes, depending on the chosen method.

3.2 Withdrawals

You may withdraw funds from your account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have been verified through the KYC process.
• The withdrawal amount must meet the minimum limit set.
• All bonus wagering requirements must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed.
• The withdrawal method must match your original deposit method (except in certain circumstances approved by our team).

A9ply processes withdrawals in under 10 minutes for local Malaysia banks. In exceptional cases such as security reviews or large withdrawal requests, processing may take up to 24 hours.

3.3 Transaction Responsibility

All transactions submitted through your account are entirely your responsibility. a9ply is not liable for any losses arising from incorrect transaction details, banking errors beyond our control, or fraud committed by third parties who gain access to your account due to your own negligence.

Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by a9ply are subject to wagering requirements, which are clearly stated at the time of the offer. By accepting any bonus, you agree to comply with those terms.

• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per new account.
• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash without meeting the wagering requirements.
• A9ply reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
• Abusing the bonus system — such as bonus hunting or using multiple accounts to claim bonuses — will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and account suspension.

4.2 Loyalty Program

Active a9ply members are eligible to join our loyalty program, which offers reward points, weekly cashback, and exclusive deals. Accumulated reward points can be redeemed at the current rate set by a9ply. Loyalty program benefits are non-transferable to other accounts.

Use of Gaming Services

5.1 General Game Rules

All games on the a9ply platform use an independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure random and fair outcomes. The result of every game cannot be influenced by any party, including a9ply itself.

You agree to play fairly and not use any software, scripts, bots, or other automated methods to gain an unfair advantage in any game.

5.2 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical error during gameplay (such as server disruption, incorrect display, or calculation errors), a9ply reserves the right to void the affected game rounds and refund the betting amount to the player. Winnings resulting from technical errors will not be paid out.

5.3 In-Game Prohibitions

The following are strictly prohibited when using a9ply gaming services:

• Using third-party software to automate gameplay actions.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting any bugs or system vulnerabilities for personal gain.

In cases where account closure occurs due to a breach of terms, a9ply reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending internal investigation and review by the relevant authorities.

Liability Limits and Disclaimers

A9ply shall not be liable for any:

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be interpreted to the fullest extent possible to reflect the original intent of the parties, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
